Who I am…

I’m an attorney, mediator, trainer, coach, and facilitator based in Northeast Ohio. My alternative dispute resolution and training efforts focus primarily on workplace conflict and disputes, with an emphasis on leadership and individual accountability in conflict. I have extensive experience in labor contract negotiations, mediation, and arbitration.

I’ve volunteered for organizations such as Minds Matter Cleveland (serving as a mentor and Vice President of Student Affairs) and the Legal Aid Society of Cleveland, and was a participant in the Cleveland Leadership Center’s Civic Leadership Institute fall 2022 cohort.

I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Ohio University and obtained my Juris Doctorate from Cleveland State University - College of Law. I’ve also earned certificates in Negotiation Mastery and Disruptive Strategy from Harvard Business School Online, as well as a certificate in Conflict Resolution from Cornell University. I believe in continuous personal growth and leading an integrated life, and I carry this perspective into my work as I seek to innovate in the space of conflict resolution.

My passion is helping leaders reshape their approach to conflict, and I’m committed to seeing a total transformation of conflict culture.
